I photographed over 20 menu items, giving each dish three perspectives: a 45-degree angle, a straight-on view, and an overhead shot. Eggs Benedict with golden hollandaise, avocado toast topped with a sunny-side egg, and a full spread of hearty plates all received the same attention to detail.
